首先谢谢站长！
问题出在：XP系统SYSTEM32目录下PHP的DLL文件没复制完全，重新复制全部PHP所有的DLL文件到WINXP的SYSTEM32目录下OK！
站长说的改路径不能实现，因为它只是出错提示：
