服务器的问题

我下载的apache我怎么安装的运行不了,
下述是我按照书上的代码生成了一下.
半天没反应.

不知是不是出错了,
服务器也有点问题.
像
echo (_LINE_);
echo (_LINE_);
都输出不了,出来还是原字符,_LINE_ _LINE_
就是这个样子,
但是呢.
像
echo PHP_VERSION
却能够运行.
不知是怎么一回事呀.
