[求助]用phpmyadmin连接mysql时出错

我在用phpmyadmin连接mysql时出现了这样的错误提示 : #2004 - Can't create TCP/IP socket (10106) 这是怎么回事呢?在cmd下可以正常连接上,留言本也连接不到数据库...
